By booking a service, requesting a quote, attending an event, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Dream Exotics.

A deposit may be required to secure a reservation. Full payment must be received before the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing is subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Chauffeur Services

Dream Exotics provides chauffeur-driven luxury vehicle experiences for weddings, photoshoots, special events, date nights, proposals, and other approved occasions.

The Daily Experience includes:

• Up to 75 kilometres

• Up to 2 hours of chauffeur service

Additional charges:

• Additional chauffeur time: $50 CAD per hour

• Additional mileage: $2 CAD per kilometre

Additional charges will be communicated to the client and may be invoiced following the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to Dream Exotics' Cancellation Policy.

Dream Exotics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to vehicle issues, severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients and their guests must behave respectfully toward chauffeurs, staff, vehicles, and other participants.

Smoking, illegal substances, reckless conduct, or behaviour that may damage the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests during the booking period.

Delays & Force Majeure

Dream Exotics is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, accidents, public events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Social Club & Events

Participation in Dream Exotics Social Club events, cruises, car meets, and gatherings is voluntary.

Participants attend at their own risk and remain solely responsible for their vehicles, personal property, driving conduct, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Dream Exotics assumes no responsibility for vehicle damage, accidents, injuries, theft, or losses occurring during Social Club events.

Photography & Media

Dream Exotics may photograph or record events, vehicles, and experiences for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending Dream Exotics events, participants consent to the use of such content unless otherwise requested in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Exotics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services, website, or events.
